For all ammo, most muzzle loaders and air guns, we require a current government driver’s license or picture ID with your Date of Birth. Some muzzle loaders require an FFL. 2. Important Note: Unless a gun is Brand New in Box or we expressly state in the Features area above, we do not guarantee all parts of any gun to be original. Also, we do not guarantee used guns to have all parts and accessories as if they were new. Used guns may have scratches, dings and/or small cracks in the stock and finish wear, scratches, rust and/or pitting on the metal. All USE guns & their accessories should be examined by gunsmith before use. We are not responsible, nor liable for any damage to people or property. 3. US sales only…no export. Buyer pays actual shipping fee plus insurance to your FFL, in the lower 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii is extra, so please email me with your FFL address and zip to get correct shipping and insurance cost to these locations. 4. Full Payment due within seven (7) days of the close of auction. NO extensions or excuses accepted – holidays are included. Insurance covers items damaged in shipment - you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. FOB shipping point.
