All our manufacturers have been very good as far as taking care of our customers. Please report if there is a problem. If wrong item was send or if it was damaged in shipping (must be insured) please contact us for return authorization # (RA#). This # must appear on all shipments that are returned. When shipping items back, merchandise should be securely packed and insured for full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. We will refund shipping cost 100% if we are at fault. Ammunition is normally shipped by UPS ground. If you
require shipping ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska or shipping by air there is
a $35.00 Hazmat fee. Hazardous Materials like gun powder, primers and other items
will be charged a $25.00 Hazmat fee. CONTACT US FOR APO/FPO shipping. We ship daily
Monday-Friday. Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other NOT
48 contiguous states please check with us before you purchase as in most
cases it cost more to ship it your way. |
