Gun is used but in excellent shape. Leupold Vari-X III 3.5x10-50 is included. I used this for one elk season. Has had approx 20 rounds through it. Gun does have some marks/nicks in the stock, bluing and scope, like I said, I USED the gun in tough elk country. I have over $1200 in this gun. Gun MUST be shipped to an FFL dealer.
